Right to Purchase

Do I need any special permit to buy a folding knife?

No, it is not required to have a special permit to buy a folding knife from us as they have already been cleared from local custom and police compliance. However, we do not sell to minors (under 18 years old). Buyers should also exercise social responsibility by refraining from flashing or display folding knives/fixed blades or any similar object in public without lawful reason.

Do I have to sign up for an account to shop?

No, all buyers can shop without an account.


What payment methods do True Edge accept?

We accept credit card payment using only reliable payment gateway. All prices stated are in Singapore Dollar ($).


How do I know if my payment is accepted?
The buyer will receive an email upon successful transaction containing the details of the order.

 

Can I order something that is not on your website?
Feel free to contact us via the contact form here if you wish to purchase something that cannot be found on our collection.

Shipping & Delivery Within Singapore

How long does it take for my order to be delivered to me?
We will process all orders within 3 working days. Once the order is shipped out, the buyer will receive an email notification. We use normal mailing only, top up is required for registered mail and you can tick on this option during check out. Shipping may take longer due to event outside its reasonable control (Force Majeure - such as wars, strikes, riots, crimes or events by act of God). Normal Singpost mailing is non-trackable.

What are the postage fees like?
We provide free local mailing via Singpost (non-trackable). Additional fee applies for registered mail.

Shipping Outside of Singapore

What if I am purchasing from other country?
We currently ship to only the major cities in Indonesia at a flat rate. Indonesian buyers are strongly advised to check with us before making the purchase. Kindly contact our staff through the contact form here.

In the event that we are unable to ship to a certain region after the buyer makes the purchase, we will inform and refund the amount in full to the buyer.

Return & Exchange

We have a 14-day return policy upon receipt of product by buyer but are subjected to the following:

  • Product should be in original new condition with its original tag still attached to the product and all packaging, documentation and/or certification included in the shipment (if any).

  • All sale items are non-refundable.

  • Postage fee will be borne by the buyer.

  • We do not entertain any change-of-mind returns.


Kindly get in touch with our team should you have any question regarding defective items through our contact form here. We will require the buyer to send in image(s) of the defective product for us to determine what is wrong and if a replacement piece is required.

 

Please note that minor cosmetic paint issue and the package condition do not constitute a defective product.

After the 14-day return period, buyers are to liaise directly with manufacturers. Likewise, manufacturers will only accept if it is genuine defect.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The manufacturers warrant that all products are free of defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, lack of normal maintenance. or disassembly. The manufacturers caution that anything can break or fall if subject to abuse and advise against using the product inappropriately.
